Here are a few things you can prepare in advance:
- Make soup base 1-2 days ahead. Add toppings before serving.
- Make asparagus vinaigrette 1-2 days ahead. Roast asparagus the day-of, and drizzle with pre-made vinaigrette.
- Make muffins 1 day ahead and warm in 250 degree oven for 6-7 minutes, or use a toaster oven.
