Ingredients
  • 1 small lime
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 cup hot filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp honey optional
  • pinch cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
  1. Grate 1/2 teaspoon of ginger into a large mug.
  2. Pour hot water over ginger and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the juice of one lime. Add honey, if desired. Try a small pinch of cayenne pepper if you want some kick!
  4. Enjoy warm, or pour over ice for a summertime treat.
